Under the Guidance of H H Pope Tawadros II, and the supervision of HG Bishop Botros, Chairman & Editor in Chief, St John The Beloved Publishing House Publishes Bustan El Zohour Magazine, a specialized magazine devoted to Christian children all over the world whose ages range between 3 years (preschool) up till 15 years old.
The Rose Garden magazine includes fresh information, stories, quizzes, pictures, paintings, caricatures, competitions and contests in simple language using words and expressions that would speak to the children’s minds, and integrate the word with the image.
Our History
- The Rose Garden magazine started in 1998.
- In the first year the magazine was produced quarterly, in the second year six issues were produced yearly.
- Year 2000 the English magazine started, six issues were produced yearly together with 12 issues from the Arabic Magazine.
- Starting this year, 2021 the magazine is available online
Our Mission
In the age of satellite communication, the need is greater in shaping the growing minds of Christian children living among different communities, examining their problems and difficulties, and proposing ways of solving them.
It is directed towards self-knowledge and helping the young readers to explore their own being and discover their talents, tendencies and skills.
The magazine attempts also to involve the children and their parents together in creative thinking, interesting ideas and mutual learning.
